​Wil Boren

Wil Boren is president, Advanced Surgery.

Boren joined Baxter in 2016. Previously, he worked with Zimmer Biomet (Biomet) beginning in 1999 in roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as general manager, Connected Health, Global Branding and Medical education. His prior roles with Biomet include President of Sports, Extremities, and Trauma and President of International.

Boren received his bachelor’s in environmental science from Indiana University. He also received a fellowship from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
